NAJEE

Najee - I was introduced to Najee by Kevin Walker. Kevin approached me after performing with Band Of A Thousand Names at a fund raiser show in Baltimore. At the time Kevin was the Musical Director for Najee. There was a need for a new drummer to go on tour. I accepted Kevin's offer for the drummer position! One of the first shows was in South Africa with Angela Bofill! After touring with Najee, he asked me to record on songs from the 2 albums below. I worked with Najee from 2000 - 2007

ANGELA BOFILL

Angela Bofill - I met Angela Bofill in South Africa while on tour with Najee. Angela needed a band for her show and the core Najee band was hired to do the show. The band ended up doing shows for both Angela and Najee for years! Angela was an amazing musician! A true artist. She had vocal clearity & improvisation, composition, stage presents & band command! I'll never forget knowing her & touring with her! I worked for Angela from 2000 - 2011. Below are some live samples of our performance.
